hi fellows ,

when we send a status inquiry to canada embassy in our country ,does it slows down the process?

            * i have heared that when we send an online status request .. and then   officer takes our file out of queue and reply us after looking into file and then he puts file again from where it takes start of waiting period .. is it right information Huh thanks.

If you check your status on line there is no need to pull your file. If you send a case specific enquiry, your file could be pulled out depending on your case. However, the processing will not affect if you send such enquiry after a reasonable time... ex: after 6 months of AOR or so.  But if you frequently send messages it could affect the timeline.

Of course the other thing to note is - If you keep requesting information, someone has to respond; they could be working on applicants files instead of servicing your request.
