Dear Seniors,
Please make me tense free. I'd sent my complete application on 29 May. I have a confusion that---
As per CIC checklist i had sent my & family members notarized copy of passports.
But in the VO the checklist, ask about passport & I don't sent copy of Passport. I thought as i sent in CIC checklist it is no required to send in VO checklist.

Please tell me Is it make a problem for me?

I have done the same thing. I think it would not be a problem. I sent my application on 16th May. In the instruction book they said each document only once. so hopefully it will be ok.

Hi Logical,

Is there any problem with my app?

Thanks.

Hi Hot-lier!

After june 26, 2010 instructions have changed and now there are 2 checklists to be attached with application. One is CIO checklist and other is Visa office specific forms check list.

1) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.PDF

2) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled-mission.asp

Thanks

No, I have not received anything yet from CIC. It takes 30 to 45 days to receive file number from CIC.

Looking at the two checklists, does one ask for copies of the BIO pages only and does one ask for the entire PP?

All the documents needed are to be included ONCE, you cannot send 2 sets of Applications or 2 IELTS or 2 Fees Smiley
SO yeah Just complete the CIO list, and then Visa office list, leaving out the docs already attached to CIO list.

If the Visa office asks for BIO page then thats only what is needed. At least for London its just the BIO page, and so is as per CIO Check list.

Hi!

It asks for BIO pages only but its always better to provide full passport pages showing any visas and entry / exit stamps so you can getaway of any problems asking you to submit these afterwards.

Thanks

It is interesting to note in the CIO Checklist it asks only for the BIO PAGE.  In the ND VO checklist (pg A3. No.4 Travel Documents and Passports), it requests copies of every page.  As Qorax says, "Send no more or no less than they ask for!"

Absolutely NOT. Only provide what is asked or required. Unnecessary documents are not the way to go.
