it was not stated on my medical exam request letter that the interview was waived, nor it was said that i will have an interview in the future.

is interview automatically waived when i am currently asked to have the medical exam done?

please advice. thanks!

No, the only time you can be sure that the interview is waived, is when a COPR is issued without an interview.

I plan to apply for QSW. newest rule of QSW asks all applicants to submit france proficiency certificate (delf, tefaq etc) along with their applications. under this condition, can interview be waived? , considering that all applicant already has france ability (regardless its level).
