Hi! Just want to ask if I need IELTS prior to be considered for Nurse Aide position (3413)?

Hi.. No, not Licensed Practical Nurse... Just Nurse Aide... I've been thinking if I could apply outside Canada for that position.  Any idea if such a position requires license? Thanks
