Please guide. I am applying under FSW Category 1 for canada. I will be the principal applicant. My wife and my two under eighteen yeras of age babies will accompany me. Is it necessary for my wife to achieve IELTS Score or she does not require to fulfill any IELTS requirment.

Please guide.

NO, only the Principal applicant needs to do the IELTS.
Also,  I think that if for any reason someone is called for an Interview, only the Principal applicant has to appear.
