Hi All,

Iam planning to apply for Quebec PR as skilled worker from United States.
I have been in US for 7 years.  I have done my Bachelors and schooling/work experience were in English.
Can you please let me know if it is absolutely required to take IELTS? Can I ask them to waive it off?

IELTS GT is must after june 26 2010 and its not waived off anymore now.
Please read manual on cic website. You will find good material on this forum too.
