Is employment agreement necessary for AEO? Its urgent pls reply

Dear Members,

My employer is going to submit the case to HRSDC for AEO and the job offer letter is already with me but i am curious about the employment agreement. Is it necessary or advisable to sign the employment agreement and send a copy of it to HRSDC as well? And one more thing does the employer has to write any explanation letter as well to explain to HRSDC that why he is giving me a job offer?
