Yesterday I met one CSIC recognized, I had appeared in IELTS and my marks and respectively
Listening: 7.5=4
Writing: 6.5=4
Reading: 5.5=2
Speaking: 6.0=2
According to my knowledge I am getting 12 marks, but he said 8 who is write.

You are right.  In IELTS, other than listening, if you get 6.5 or above, you score 4 points.  Your consultant does not have complete knowledge.  Ask him to visit CIC website.   Smiley

Total = 12
