if i get a job offer in computer support/ help desk that requires a degree - can i use this to apply for fsw or pnp?

Support technicians, see http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/ProfileKeyword.aspx?val=2&val1=2282&val11=help+desk&val12=0&val13=0&val14=&val15=0&val16=0 are under NOC 2282 and that is skill level B and can be used to apply under FSW with a job offer or under CEC or under PNP.

FSW=federal skilled worker - QSW=Quebec skilled worker
AEO=arranged employment offer - LMO=labour market opinion
CEC=Canadian experience class - PNP=provincial nominee program
