I for one would love to see Federal Govt as well as provincial and territorial ones, put much more incentive mostly known as MONEY into integrative projects, and subsidies for the companies who hire new landed.

Let's take a look at it from employers eye's, this guy pops and doesn't talk oh so well, doesn't completely gotten the hung of the labor market, can lead to pontetial minor troubles within the company because even with superb communicational skills and an extraordinary ability to work in teams, without the hang of the culture and the language it becomes much harder to take any advantage of those abilities, etc etc etc and so on.

Now put some money for that newly landed guy's salary which is not going to go out of employers pocket anymore, assure this prospective employer that there is a strong system to bring this guy to Canada's level in a timely manner [ADD more good measures in here] and let's take a new look at the picture from employer's eyes. Quite different scenario isnt it?

I know there's a lot of this already going on, but it seems to either not be enough or not work smoothly with the actual requirements for immigration. IMHO if all these systems could get a money pump as well as some other new initiatives, the whole picture could be a lot nicer for both, newly landed and employers.

Sure you can, what's all this about after all if not to help Canada and immigrants get a more pleasant experience?

Go ahead and good job on your Agenda btw.

Oh by the by, I think you should check all those links which are compiled under the "Immigration forums". Unless it's my browser having fun with me today, I do not seem to be able to click on any of them (Maybe it was intended).
