Hi Friends,

I ordered Caips 2 weeks ago as my application seems to be stuck after the Medicals. I am Waiting for PPR as its been more than 3 months. Now the big question is will CAIPS help me to understand the situation better?

Seniors pls advise

CAIPS/GCMS would give you the current status of your file.  Such information  is only necessary when there is an unusual delay of the application happened and if no response to your enquiry from the visa office.

Thanks Wilson

Yes, its quite unusual as its been 3 months after the "Medicals results have been received " line is been added.  And all my inquiries through email , fax have been unsuccessful so far

Thanks

Just give it till January. It is been said that there is a specific quota for each Visa Office, and usually it is full near the end of year. SO I guess, there are two things....Either the security checks are taking too long OR the Quota is up and you will hear next year.
