Helooo everbody,
i had send my documents to Cio/Ciu Nova Scotio under FSW 2 on 08.06.09 which further reached there on 12.06.09.
Nearly a month ago, but i didn't got anything so far from cio, moreover the bank from which i got DD ready is also confirming that, money wasn't still drawn.
Is everything normal or signs some thing wrong. Plz let me know if any......

Everything is normal and you need not to worry.
Sometime they respond after two months whereas in your case it's only been one month so you need to be patient and wait.
As far as the draft is concerned in some cases its also happening that it's not encashed for two months or so.
This is very normal.

Current CIO reply time is now 45-75 days. It usually takes 30 days after the DD is cashed. Yours will come accordingly. |

I had applied on June 1st, 2009. No response so for. i asked the exchange where i made my DRAFT, they said we do not know if Its En chased or not. Today is 45Th day i have sent my application. i guess they take more n more Time to reply now, but i am optimistic Though.

If you guys used normal post it will take about 12 to 15 days to reach Sydney depending on which country you send from. So add about 30 days for the post transefer. Add another 15 to 30 days for CIU to process.
FYI.. Even if you are in USA it takes 20 days to get AOR if you use FEDEX express If you use USPS normal post it takes about 30 days to get AOR.
So be patient.

CIO timings of response varies from case to case, there is no set pattern
My application had reached CIO office on 13th MAY and they cashed the DD on 2nd June and I got the email from them on 16th June.
