I have the same file number on my 1st and 2nd AOR too.
I don't know if it's normal though...

Hi every one,

I received my first AOR from sidney in FEB 2010 and 2nd AOR from buffalo on APRIL 7, 2010. I sent all my documents to buffalo and then i received my file number from buffalo on 9 NOV 2010. Haven't heard from the buffalo office since then and the online status says in processing since FEB 2011. If anyone having same description as mine received Medical or Immigration, let me know.
