hi,its 21 days with complete application package,consider the courier services days too!

No.,i mean 21days the process alone..u need extra time to consider for couriers,meaning u will have results 21days + courier service time.

I applied TRV along with my wife and infant girl on July 29 through VFS to chandigarh consulate....
We received our passports with 10 year multiple visas on Aug 27...
The delay according to VFS was due to student visas as their sessions are starting soon and due to  tourist visa demands due to summers in Canada.

Hello Gass

If you are applying  from Chandigarh it will take maximum 21 day

I have client who applied from Ahmadabad VFS to New Delhi High Commotion
They got the visa in 4 Working days
So there is Different Processing time for Visitor Visa from Chandigarh and New Delhi

Hi GSAA
I applied for multiple visas,now it is upto the visa councillor to give 1yrto 10 year visa.It is totally his discretion as well his judgement.
If u apply for single entry they will issue u no more than 6 months.
This was my first application for Canadian embassy.I had about 17011 CAD in my savings account, letter of sponsership and PR card photostat from my brother in law(Sister's Husband)Had a travel history to Europe,Dubai,china,hongkong macau,a valid 10 year UK business visa expiring in 2015.
Never overstayed in any country for more than 6 months.I guess that made the difference......
