Hi guys,I have an idea to be a healthcare aide later,is there anyone who can tell me what books I should read ?because I still need to wait for my OWP .thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to attend any educational institution or take any vocational, academic, or professional training course, unless authorized, while on OWP Status.  

I too have plans attending medical-related course.  But for now, will settle working in other fields, saving a bit for my upgrade when I receive my Permanent Residency.

Hi Plussy,i am very appreciated for your reply.have you ever tried to find a job in healthcare aide field? I heard that some places like group home or senior center also hire healthcare aide without certificate as long as they had medical background while in their home countries? So frustrited, waiting, hopeless!
