Is any one know how long to get divorse..marriage in pakistan

Hi my boy friend seperated from his wife who he sponsered on feb...actually he withdrawn his sponser ship and received confirmation...  NOW my question is that if he wants to marry me do we have to wait for one year and just to remind u all that his marriage is not regestered here so any fast and best way any one know thanks in advanced

It doesn't matter, he is a resident of Canada, and the one year separation is required.  CIC would not recognize a divorce in Pakistan with him being resident in Canada.
