Hello,

I am a Member of ACCA and my application was refused on the basis that ACCA is not an education credential. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I personally know of someone who has only completed CAT and was awarded permanent residency. I am very confused.

This is a professional qualification and will be treated as such. However, the basis for rejection is not clear. Even if you dont have First Degree, it is an equivalent, and ation should be treated as such.

Apart from this, you should earn points for your elementary and post elementary education. Something is not clear about your case.

You may need to probe further, even if it is stated in your letter.
