I plan to study 2 years and get a loan of 40,000$CAD .

furthermore I have a few questions:

A) Im from south america, its enough to show the loan letter as proof , i dont have any money in my bank account only like 800$CAD.
B) Its a good idea to transfer the loan to my bank account?, its a student loan so im limited to take out only for the first year: 20,000CAD.
C)Other thing i dont have any postgraduate education.
D)The interview is always required?

1. Yes, as long as you can show 80% or more as certified bank loan , it is legit.
2. I understand that the loan will only be released after the visa is approved - not sure how it works in your country but this I quote from how it works in India. This approach would be better as you do not end up paying interest for additional days.
3. Based on your last education, you can take up the next level of study. Eg: If you have completed Post Secondary, then go for graduation/degree or if you are already a graduate, then go for Masters or Post Graduate certificate/diploma.
4. Not always called for - it is based on your profile & a bit of luck too.

All the best !
