I want to apply for 0213 code. My title is different but I am performing almost all the duties of the 0213 code for last 1 year. My total IT experience is 6 years. Do you think it is enough for applying as a Manager under 0213 code? Can the embassy say that I have less experience to become a manager.

You will get points for maximum 4 years of work experience in your occupation.

Only last year will be treated as your relevant exp becasue you yourself say that you are performing almost all duties of the 0213 for last 1 year.

I understand that I can use only 1 year as a relevant experience for 0213 in my case. My question is more around proving that I have enough experience to claim that i am performing managerial role.

I am sure that embassy will question if a person has a total of 2 years of total experience and he claims that he is a Manager for last 1 year. Embassy will most probably say that people with 2 year experience are not generally managers, because you need several years of experience to become a manager.

But I have 6 years of total experience, can I claim that I am a manager. Can the embassy say that I have lesser experience?
