IP BACKBONE ENGINEER NEED YOUR HELP IN CANADA

I am an IP Network Expert with B Eng Elect/Elect plus CCIE(Lab Scheduled for October) couple with 8 years working experience. I am presently building ETISALAT IP Backbone network almost completed at NOC Abuja in Nigeria. Myself and my family are strongly thinking about emigrating to Canada, however, I was wondering is that is there any job opportunities for telecom engineers and if so who are the best companies to contact.

 Good Knowledge of 3G UMTS and GSM Architecture, OSN, BSS, Transmission,
 Having Outstanding Knowledge on Telecom Traffic Routing and Switching.
 Possesses ability to configure High-end HUAWEI and CISCO DATAComm devices e.g. (12000, 7200, 5600, 3700, 2800, 2600, 3500 and 3600 cisco router series) and NE series, NE40E-x3, NE5000 e.t.c.
