Has anyone dealt with how IOM books flights for immigrants?  How can a Canadian resident go on the same flight with a family who has been admitted to Canada as permanent residents? 

Of course, the understanding is that the Canadian resident will pay for his/her ticket, but how can one ensure everybody goes to Canada together.
