Hi

Then you must know something that CIC doesn't since they are quoting between 21 and 53 months http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/investor-fed.asp  and Quebec is 7-26 months for the Federal processing.

None of the PNP for business immigration require $120,000.

Minimum investment required is $125,000 for New Brunswick PNP for business. However, in addition to $125,000, applicant has to make a security deposit of $75000.

You are also not including the processing time by Federal government.

If is a legitimate program, then please enlighten us.

No PNP offers investor program rather they are operating Entrepreneur programs.. We are dealing this with job offer and it will take about 8 to 14 months for you to arrive in canada

Quebec has Investor Program so your statement is not correct.

If you are dealing it with job offer then why do you require $120,000?

This is what I understand that you are asking for investment of $120,000 in a business and in return business will offer a full time job or AEO and person can apply for immigration.

Quebec Immigration is not a PNP... They have separate immigration department...

Quebec only approves immigration applications through its provincial immigration program. However, final approval or decision is by Federal government to issue visa.

Why a person pay $120,000 to get AEO or job offer? You did not answer that question.

Quebec program is not a PNP program .. They are issuing Quebec Selection Certificate and not Nomination Certificate.... PNP programs are started in recent years whereas Quebec program was started many years ago....

Why, can be answered by the person itself Smiley
