my old employer opened my mail .i want to file a case against her coz instead of saying sorry she's making up stories.but i dont know where to go and how to do it here in canada,and what do you call this case?pls help me.but i dont want her to go to jail.i just want to give her a lesson.thanks!

If you are a temporary foreign worker, look for if there is a temporary foreign worker hotline in your province that you can call and ask for advice.  If not, ask the police although I don't think opening someones mail is very high up on their list of priorities.
