Intl student here in CANADA bringing his wife from Morocco

Hi, hope you're doing well. here is my situation here in CANADA. I am an undergraduate student with a valid study and off campus work permit, and I want to being my wife from home, MOROCCO. First of all, am I allowed to sponsor her because I am not yet a permanent resident? the second question, if the answer is YES, what are they going to give her, a study permit, off-campus OR open work permit?


Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Hi, no you can't sponsor her since you are on a student visa.

She can come either on a student visa, or she can apply for a TRV visa.

No, she applies as his dependant and would be eligible for either a study permit or open work permit.  As a Moroccan, she needs a TRV to enter Canada but it`s all done on the same application.

As for myself, I am on a study permit here in Canada and I am looking to get married with my girlfriend who is a Canadian citizen. so am just wondering why paperwork  I need and what she needs too. if u can just tell me please what to do step by step would be deeply appreciated.
