Do we need to send any photocopies with FSW applictaion to CIO office?? I know they ask it later when AOR is received.

Please advice if I need to send only application for FSW application or include photocopies for education, work exp. etc

Photoscopy of of your passport only, no oher photo copies requited at this stage

you need a copy of your passport's first page and if you have any english skill test you can attach a copy of it (one of the fields in schedule 3 form says that)

I am submitting my application today to CIO.
I am little unclear about "2-self-addressed mailing labels one in English or French and the Second in the official language of your country". What does this mean? (this is #8 point on the document checklist - CIO document)
I am sending my documents thru FedEx, so does that mean I should include another packet which address's me?

2-self-addressed mailing labels one in English or French and the Second in the official language of your country means Labels which are similar to stickers(Chipkoo) on one side and on the other side you have to write your mailing address.
These are not so important. you can use your pc printer for the mailing lebels.
I am from Pakistan and I have done the same. Mostly we do not use such mailing Labels in sub-continent.
Just forward your application to CIO, Please be careful and do not leave any column blank. Write N/A or None,

Principal Applicant and Accompanying Spouse and Dependents, So Application fee for three individuals in your case.

i think u can send the whole amount (for urself,ur spouse n ur daughter) with the initial application.it makes things simpler.
