My status has been changed today and DM and it says " A decision has been made on your application and office will contact you concerning the decision " .. Additionally my wife's home address shows Canadian address and mailing shows Indian one.

How long should I expect them to send the passport ?

i think she will get her passport back within 10 days. i got DM on 6th and still waiting for passport  :-Xand i live very close to delhi (only an hour  )
i think you should wait for passport before you book flight

Application transfer & Passport request: 28th Feb, 2012
Long wait till July 9, 2012
July 9, 2012 - Letter for interview on Aug 7, 2012
Aug 9, 2012 - status changed from Application received to In process
Aug 11,2012 - status changed from In Process to Decision Made.

              reception + daughters birthday party,after marriage in-laws house,

skype copy messages, (one year)
emails letters from since we met first  time
divorce papers of her 1st marriage
death certification of my 1st wife
our marriage anniversary cards and letter from my daughter to her for wishing her
my and her educational papers,(originals)

phone bills-we print cos i use to call by calling cards and her no is in my bill are few.
her news paper ad for matrimonial
our parents exchange bio-data for matrimonial by post

i think you have gathered more than enough proofs and in most of the cases they call you just to confirm your statements in application forms. read all of your forms again before you go for interview and ask your wife to be confident during interview. reason for interview is second marriage and divorce not your relationship. they will call both of you one by one and ask you same questions to match your answers. they will ask
*about your first marriages
*about each other's spouse
*date of marriages and divorce, death of your wife etc.
* her relationship with your daughter
*why she got married to someone from Canada and with a daughter
* why not someone from India
*your daily routine, your job, name of company, contact number of office and name of co-workers, name of your daughter's friends.

they can ask tricky kind of questions and will try to force you to give wrong answer so you need to be aware.
they can ask same question 2-3 times in different ways. listen to their questions carefully and if you are not sure or dont understand ask again and again but dont guess anything. they can ask even the name of dish you had in wedding party
