Interview Schedule @ Buffalo VISA Center 2011

Hey Guys,
              I've Applied Under FSW Category & I've Been Scheduled for an Interview On June 2nd,2011  @  Buffalo Visa Office.
I've 2 questions if some1 can reply me on that one.
1st Questions is ,Did any of the member have recently had an Interview  @  Buffalo VO??
2nd Qustion,On The 1st Page of the Letter that I recieved from VO stating that I've To Confirm the Date Of the Interview By Faxing them & right Below that box it is asked that If " I've the Valid Immigrant Visa To Enter in the US ?"  
Since Im in the States so do I've to Confirm the 2nd Question Or Just leave it Blank .. Any Idea ...
Btw My File Started to on Sep 14th 2010.
Any Helpful Tips During The Interview Would be Appreciated.

So far I understand, you can indicate that you are already in the US with valid visa. My guess is that they were assuming you might be outside the US. As for the first question, I have no idea.

I will suggest you to order CAIPS/GCMS notes immediately to see the status and comments made by the VO on your application to prepare yourself in advance.

 @  Bonny ,, My Understanding is That its for those who are Outside of The US & since they have my current residential & Job Address & i've recived the notice by mail so i think they know that im in the US  i'll mark  Yes to the Valid US VISA Box just to be on the safe side.
 @  Vermas ,, Thanks for the wishes & how do i Order the Caips & won't it effect my Interview Coz it probably will make me look suspicious in the Interviewer's eyes & How Long does it takes to recieve Caips once its ordered ....

Hello X-Brklynite, I had posted following on another thread. Hope its helpful to you. CAIPS notes are delivered in 4-6 weeks. It costs C$5-35, depending on agency you use. Google search "How to order CAIPS" and you will get a few options.

                    I've ordered it through  Capis.ca .According to the website it takes 5 to 6 weeks to recieve the " Caips Notes "from CIC Ottawa.I've paid $63 US Dollars ( $60 CAN ) for the service i chose.I Live in the USA & I've applied from here.

---You must have received two letters. 1st one is about that you have been selected to appear on an interview and the time and date would be notified to you later on. After a few months or weeks, you received the 2nd letter about the time, date and place of the interview. Am I right? This is how CHC Singapore calls people on interviews. what happened in your case?

I am adding to his speech,   CAIPS is released under the privacy act of Canada and every Canadian and outside applicants deserve the rights to see whats going on with their file to some extent using CAIPS. its applicants' legitimate right and does not harm the application process.  You better had used lawpoint.ca  as they charge much less; $25 and they deliver it within 45 days (6 weeks). I have ordered mine using it. anyways, lets see what comes out off your CAIPS. let us know all. it will indeed say what prompted the VO to select you for the interview. did you fail to provide any paper(s) they wanted from you?     

----Immigration interviews are often called for bringing out some facts those CHC's dont want to be printed on papers, they might ask you for facts those they dont want to be recorded on their files rather they want the real fact, could be social or related to anything about the papers you provided to them. just keep in mind and have all the papers with you while you appear on the interview. rejection case in interviews are less than 1%.

that guy has also been called to an interview. the VO has doubts about 3 things. the applicant wouldnt have known those reasons in a concrete way had he not applied for the CAIPS.

they called you straight to an Interview or they 1st sent you a letter that you are on their interview list and they'd later notify you about the time,place and date of the Interview  OR in a single letter they notified you about the place and time of the Interview. what do you think are the reasons for calling you to an interview; CAIPS will tell all though but just curious to know.

They have sent me a single letter stating the interview date time and the required documents...I havent received my CAIPS note.So I dont know...
