My partner and I are concerned about the interview questions for the spousal sponsorship.   Can anybody tell me about how they will generate the questions that they will use to prove that our relationship is a genuine one and if anybody has been through this type of procedure can anybody reveal some of the questions that they were asked.

One thing the visa officers seem to do is to go through the application and ask you questions based on that. So you should know everything your partner mentioned on the forms.
