Hi there. Smiley
I'm interested in starting my Quebec immigration program soon. Could you please advise me what exactly papers needed to prove my education? I have a Masters degree. Will it be enough if I send my Bachelor & Masters degree proofs?

Hi

We had to show them original certificates from universities and schools where we could not locate them they asked for copies which we obtained from the education board.  My husband had to give address and contact details (I think they telephone to make sure you were a student there) then they ask you to get a lawyeers letter to the effect this statement is true

please do let me know what do you mean by saying - they ask you to get a lawyers letter to the effect this statement is true - the matter is that we live in Europe & all the certificates we have are the originals. do they require us to send them the originals? What if something happens to them while posting?
Also could you please advice do I need to prove my secondary school? I had attained two degrees after graduating my school & nobody would admit me in there without showing  a proof of that I had a secondary school completed. Will the two diplomas of mine for these degrees be enough? Or still the secondary school proof required?

You only need to get copies certisfied for your degrees and proof of your secondary educations ie certificates.  Do not read to much into this section, they mainly want proof of your funds and how they were obtained and your management experience.

You don't need to provide proof for your funds under the Skilled Selection. You only need to sign the contract(s) (1 for them 1 for you for the immigration agent upon arrival). Its a one page form and you need to state that you have at least ~1800 CAD for yourself for the first three months.

 @ Sue

Nice to hear that...

would u plz tell me your proficiency level in French? your interview was taken in french or english?

I have submitted my application for CSQ on jan 2009 and I know basic French only, that means I cant communicate properly in French, As im working, I dont get time to join french classes to learn french.

So can you please tell me how risky is this matter, will they reject me becasue of this? but the fact is when I land in montreal I will learn french within 6 months as I have to communicate with ppl only in french....

AT PRESENT THIS IS MY CONCERN AND MY OTHER DOCUMENTS ARE READY AND I HAVE GOOD SKILL...
