if you find a reasonable priced lawyer and because of the situation, i think you and the lawyer can come across a payment/month contract so that u don't have to pay it all at once, a lot of lawyers do realize not everyone has tons of cash on hand to pay their fees so you can try some kind of payment plan just don't take the first one u talk to get quotes from many lawyers then decide from that. Your local city government offices should have lists of some immigration lawyers or even in the yellow pages of your phonebook look under lawyers and in their advertisements would tell you a list of areas they deal in
