Hi all I'm new here, I have the same situation and received CHC-Islamabad Interview on 25th November 2011. Medical Done in Feb-2011 (Quebec Skill Worker). Same terms, come with interview letter and with passport even me any my wife applied together, they just called the principal applicant but not spouse. Please bittabread need you assistance. Can anybody tell me how is the interview setting? What kind of room? How many people to interview? Settings etc...
What is the proper dress code? Do gents need to wear a tie and go or a smart casual is enough.

Hi buddie....
i too just finished mine in AUH, UAE last 26th. nothing to worry about.
Dress code - Formals
It is just to verify your docs.... ensure u carry all ur originals.. birth, marriage, education, job.... these are the important stuff and also POF such as a bank statement...
mine took about 25 mts, he verified all the originals. asked a few questions about marriage, education and job, told me to wait for my second medicals which i should be getting in the next couple of weeks and by March hopefully the visas will be stamped.
The room is a small room.... there will be a glass door division. officer sits on the other side and interviews you... he will ask u for the docs and you can slide them. "be cool buddie.... it's a very friendly one".
