Hello friends,
I have a question, my friend application status showing following...what does it mean?
We received your application for permanent residence on April 7, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 14, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 23, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
it has been about 5 months and visa office has not contacted him for anything...He sent email to VO london for adding his new born son into his immigration file, so they sent the following email:
In order to add the child to an application for permanent residence at this office, we require the following documents:
processing fee for your child (if accompanying you to Canada)
your child's birth certificate
copy of your child's valid passport
4 recent photographs of your child
Updated IMM0008 Generic for yourself and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse.
Your child must undergo a medical examination. We will send you the appropriate form upon receipt of the documents listed above.
Now what does it mean? His immigration is approved or what? By the way he has not recieved any MR so far
I really wish you the DM to be a mistake of the system. Otherwise I am sorry to say (based in my experience with my first aplicaiton) that DM without medical request means negative answer. God luck to you! |

There is no any update after this interview done...! Even medical going to expir this months.

Hi All
I sent them query email regarding case progress after the second interview done. They didn't reply me after my first mail but when I shoot second mail in feb-12 they replied me that you're going through with background check and this is a long process. As this process finish the remeical request will be forwarded to you.
I request to all please pray and ask to re meidcal papers, hopfully we all will get PPR1 and after 1 to 2 month Inshallah.

I also gone through security interview on 9th feb 2012
Interviewer asked about each and every question about my application and some security type question (eg weapon training ).The interviewer was respectful and anice one.
My time line is
app filed:march 2008
first med:30 march 2010
remedical:16 march 2011
interview: 9th feb 2012
now i'm waiting for CHC response

I had my security interview in November 2011, since then no update despite I was promised to be given PPR and was advised not to travel anywhere outside the country!

Only interview letter and passport was required.
Did you mean that they called you for an interview only to get your passport?
