after interview do they keep our evidence stuff or they giving evrything back to us how its goes friends? like bills phone bills emails etc.. ?

Depends on the embassy reviewing your application.  Some do, some don't.

Married 9'06, ap sent 3'07 & refused in 1'08 due to inadmissible son.  Won appeal 1'10.  Back in process 4'10, new meds req 5'10 - submitted in June.  New FBI submitted 8'10  Approved 30Nov2010! COPR recd 05Jan2011. LANDED 31Jan2011 YAY!

Good point blueprint,

Once they accept and issue visa CIC should give back all those wedding photos, engagement photos...etc. I think its pointless/usless for CIC keep.  isn't it?

I read in the application package that they will return everything to you. I know that includes photos/letters/cards...things that are personal. But I'm not sure about things like phone bills and plane tickets. I would think that they give back everything.
