Hi all,
I have applied to immegrate to canada under the Federal Skilled Workers category 16 months ago from Tel Aviv, Israel.
I have now a good opportunity to join a canadian college to study my favourite subject "Human resource Management".
I already have Special Degree in Engineering and MBA.
So what do you advise please? any expert? plz I desperately need your advice!
Should I withdraw my skilled worker application and apply for student visa? or Is it better to keep my Skilled worker application and apply for student visa??????

Good luck for all of us!

There is no relation between your immigration application and student visa application. Do not have any confusion in this regard. Just let your skilled worker/ immigration application as it is.

Okay now, apply for TRV/ student visa. I guess you already have an offer letter from an educational institution in Canada. You have to be careful in the student visa application. You have to show adequate funding for the duration of your program. Then show enough tidings with your home country. Like family relation, family assets etc. In student visa application you have to show intention that you want to come back to your country after graduation.

Never mention anything about your immigration application. However, if they ask you about this only then you tell them. Otherwise there is no requirement for this.

Good luck.
