Hi
I am international student in canada, can any body guide me how to apply for my spouse visa, she is in my home contry:
any help will be greatly appreciated

She has to apply for a visitor visa, with a copy of your study permit and proof of funds to show that you can maintain yourselves in Canada.

but i as for as i know canadian law allows spouse visa to international student
so is there necessary only apply for visiting visa

Thats what I said, but she needs a COPY of your study permit to show you have legal status in Canada, proof of funds so that you can support both of you.

hi,
my visa is expiring in august however my study is not completed it yet im doing masters in canada it is two years program bt they give me one year visa i know i can extend my study permit, so can my wife apply after august at tht time my visa will be expired bt i will have study permit?
or is it necessary to apply before
any help will be appreciated
