Hi,

My brother is 18 and wants to start his college in Canada in Jan 2010. He will do a two year Business Diploma.
What are his options on becoming a permanent resident after he finishes his education?

if ur brother is outside canada, then it is very difficult for him to get a visa on diploma basis. He should try to get admission in a degree program, and after its completion, there is a great chance to get pr.

What abou the canadian experience class? do you think that will still be avaibale by the year 2011?? or are there any plan to get rid of it?

dunno abt it. but if he wants to get a good chance at getting a student visa, then u should apply for degree program.
