International Graduate vs Skilled Worker

Hello all!

I'm graduating from a public university in BC and moving to Alberta soon.
As far as I can understand I'm qualified to apply Alberta PNP program, however I don't see the difference between skilled worker and int. graduate categories. Do I have option to choose? What's the advantage of one to another?
