hello everyone! I am new here in the forum, and just heard recently about this AINP for H1B. Reading from previous threads of the forum, it seems that it will take at least a year for the final approval. Has anyone received approval already and is now in Alberta? Would you honestly recommend that I pursue my application knowing that my H1B will expire in less than a year? I will be delighted if you give your honest opinions. Thanks you in advance.

You need to maintain your H1 status until you get your nomination only, which is 8 months as of now. You can then move to your home country while at the CIC stage. So apply as fast as possible.
