I have an exclusive work permit and work visa in BC and my contract will expire on November this year. I have applied for another job in Alberta. I would like to know if I plan to have a vacation in my home country while my new LMO is still in process, will I be having problems with the immigration? My worry is the immigration in the airport might see that I have a new LMO in process and that they might question me since I still have a contract in BC.

Need your opinion on this. Thanks.

As long as you have an entry visa that's valid, you could go home.
