inquiry re lcp pr application

my friend worked for two employers. she completed more than 2yrs now. but with her last employer she sometimes doesnt have a complete 80 hrs because they either gone for holidays or other reasons. she have more than 2yrs incl the 1st employer and still working. does the less than 80 hrs can cause a refusal of her paper?
