......which type of inquiry is more general ...i mean telephonic or physical or interview ...?

and what are the general questions ? how much time they may take in case of telephonic conversation with employer or employee?

please share your experience ...

Depends on documents proof given by applicant. If they have minor doubt then it would be telephonic conversation and it would hardly last 3 to 4 minutes if they get satisfactory reply or else may even visit ur employer place also. It is also observed that sometimes they even ask applicant for extra documents for ur job, if they are not satisfied and they also state on which ground they have doubt.
