i submitted documents on 8/10/10.may know about my visa status and how long it will take for medical?

No one will be able to tell the status of your app. You should check status online at

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=ecas&lang=en

Meds request time depends on VO but avg is around 8+ months after AOR Date from VO not from CIO.
