Hi! Here is the situation,the Canadian Embassy already requested my sister's passport for visa stamping.
She send it last Nov17,2010.Its been more than 2 months now....Im just wondering, how many weeks or months will she wait before her visa arrives?...I know someone who received their visa just after 3 weeks of waiting.

same as mine, I submitted our passport last November 15, 2010, until now we did not received our visas yet, yes its true some received their visa in just weeks or days, hopefully we receive this month, I'm planning to email Canadian Embassy Manila to ask if they already received our passports this week. Regards.. |

Hi there, I am also on the same situation. I submitted my passport Nov 13 through LBC courier, its been two mos but no reply yet, I quite worried, and the status of my application online is still in process, most of them say that the status online should be "decision made" and when that happens, after 10 days we will be receiving our passport with visa. Guys please give me an update. Thanks. Hopefully we will receive it soon. Are you also bound for Winnipeg?Is your application coming from Manila office?

@ Locam... yes i did inquire last monday but until now.... no reply yet... I'll let you know later.. @ Lanisha... we have the same courier LBC Express, I tracked the package I send and the status was " RELEASED TO REPRESENTATIVE : MAKATI DEL HUB NESTOR GUNAY - Security Guard.." sana mareceived na natin ds January... hi Lanisha, I can't reply to your PM - inbox full. Anyway, yes you can always do a follow up with the embassy. We all know how hard it is to get a passport nowadays so it's only natural for us to want to ensure that it did not get lost. You can just email them and ask for confirmation that they have your passports. Good luck! Hope all who are waiting for their visas will receive it soon. Hi there, I am also on the same situation. thanks! padating pa lang visa namin from Canada. Nakabook na kami for Feb.4 pero di ko pa maconfirm need kasi yng copy ng visa para ma-avail yung discount sa Cathay pacific. Sana nga di mawala seats na nireserve ko.

@ Lanisha, I sent them a message last monday night... I checked my mail but no reply yet.... this is the address: RE-MANIL.IMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca.. try to ask them also.... @ Bigboy, oo nga ang tagal bumalik.... inip na rin ako... kelan nyo pala balak umalis kami sana this Feb. 15, have u tried inquiring to some travel agencies? Winnipeg din ba kyo classmate? |

thanks ruby, nginquire din ako sa st. raphael travel last november and they gave me this quote: Adult is at 609+123 taxes = USD 732 (Cathay) 630 +221 taxes = USD 851 (Air Canada) 842 + 174 taxes =USD 1016 (Korean Air) then I tried Air Space Travel & Tours last December with this quote: Adult is at USD 670 + Php 1620 (Cathay via Hongkong, Vancouver) USD 770 + Php 1620 (Cathay via Tokyo, Vancouver) @ Bigboy... ako gusto ko dis february na. para work agad... he he |
