Me and my husband want to settle down in Canada. I have submitted my PhD thesis in Botany and my husband has 6.5 year work experience in cargo department. Is there any chance to settle down in Canada? Please suggest us.

If you have at least 1 years experience in the past 10 as a Botanist, your job is on the list of 29, required to qualify for FSW1  See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list  A Botanist falls under NOC 2121.  Take the assessment at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assess/index.asp  to see if you qualify.
