IN-process since April-2009 ????

Kind Attention :  All Senior members

I am new to this forum , progress of my case is as follows

FSW NOC 4131, New Delhi Office

•September 2008   Applied to CHC New Delhi by filling simplified application form.

•11th December 2008 Letter from New Delhi stating that CHC will contact me after getting Minister's instructions regarding new amendments.

•20th April 2009  Letter from CHC ND for submission of full application within 120 days.

•11August 2009  submitted full application (before 120 days time period).

•Further  no communication from their side even after passing of more than 90 days period .

My e-case status shows in-process since April-2009.
On clicking it displays, WE STARTED PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION ON 11 December, 2008.

Now, I am not understanding whether my full application was delivered there, though courier tracker(DHL)thru internet shows it was delivered at CHC New Delhi  office on 14th August 2009.

Please guide me should I enquire about it from New Delhi office or wait further, I am confused ??

Any member having this kind of experience, please advise me .....................

This rather odd. You should immediately contact CHC through email and confirmation through mail stating exactly what you have mentioned. You have the right to know exactly what is happening. This will not affect your application at all. DELAY COULD BE DETERmental.

could u please tell me e-mail id for sending my enquiry to New Delhi CHC office.
some of my friends told me that enquiring from CHC further delays the progress.

search for your Visa office and you shoud  be  able to find contact email..
