Hello, we will be getting married in a month and want to start getting the paperwork ready.
I was going to file outland through Buffalo BUT my soon to be husband could not cross over to the US because of being arrested for some dumb thing  when he was 18 .....this was 38 yrs ago.

I am afraid to chance it because if we are requested for an interview....he could not go.
And hate filing Inland incase my family needs me in the US I am stuck here till its  finished.

Please any advice, ideas  you have is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Gypsy

Your Canadian husband would not be required to attend an interview with you if you file through the Buffalo office.  The visa officer would only want to interview you.  File through Buffalo.
