I have to bring three PASSPORT SIZE photos during the Medical Exam.
Note that, I will be doing my medical exams IN Canada.

Should the dimensions be:
Canadian Passport Size : 50 mm X 70 mm

or

Immigration application size : 35 mm x 45 mm

No, you do NOT get passport sized pictures for anything PR related. For the application itself, you will include immigration sized pictures, for the doctor the same, and for your landing the same. So no passport sized pictures.

Did they say passport sized somewhere?

Hey LoveYoung!

For hubby's medical, the doctor sent us a confirmation e-mail before his appointment and I double checked it just now and it did say Passport size 50mm by 70mm.

I do now remember being asked for passport photos by the DMP. Took a lot of thinking to remember though. Lol, been over a year since then and never had a form by email to remember by. Very sorry OP.  Embarrassed  Roll Eyes lovely20 is right. But for the application it does call for immigration sized and for the landing you will need immigration sized as well.

I was told from doctor office to bring passport sized pics
but the place to attach photo in medical form section A just doesn't look like it's big enough
