As per http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-fc.asp CIC Vegreville's spousal case processing moved forward only 3 days in last week [12/02 to 12/08]. So frustrating ...

You should be like me, prepare for the worst but hope for the best. I am prepared to find the processing times go up.
It is like going to school before Christmas. You have work to do during the time off but you don't want to do it so you push it aside for as long as you can to do it just the day before school starts again. This is how I invision things will happen. I do not think we will see any progress being made for the next 3 weeks and you should expect timelines to go up that way it will be an added bonus if it doesn't go up and you don't get your feelings hurt. Don't feel bad though, this is not the only office that will be on break so everyone here will be going through it together. This is why the holiday season is the toughest to get through. If you can make it through this time then I think it will be smooth sailing from there.

What did I tell you chandu007, it you expect timelines to go up then you aren't hurt if they do but when they don't you are even more excited. Am I not right? I know it makes me feel so excited to see it jumping by 10 days. I mean that is just AMAZING. Can't wait to hopefully hear some good news from everyone soon.  |
