Does your attachment info appear online? Anna and I were also given 90 days. They received the passport update/meds (minus x-ray) mid dec, and still no updates showing up online.

Online system just updated this weekend. It now shows requested info (new medical, new passport) received on March 1st, 2012. I sent it mid December, so that's 2.5 months. |

ECAS is updated this morning but I'm not sure what's going on   ↑↑↑↑↑↑ The second pic is my son's Ecas It shows my non-accompany kid's app is closed. To me, it seems like CIC has done my son's part. My question is "how about my part? Why does it become withdrawn too?" This information is showed "under my sponsor's Ecas", my own Ecas has not changed. I'll truly appreciate if anyone can share their opinion with me. Thanks advanced. |

Is there any reason why your non-accompanying child wouldn't qualify? This would disqualify you too, as I understand. Hope this is just a mistake. Give them a call! |

Thank you for the replying, I just finished phone call with call center and I'd like to share the info to everyone if it will help.
I just talked to a gentleman named David from CIC call center, he said "There is nothing wrong with my son's status, it's just because they finished my son's processing so they closed it. Also, he didn't see any note showing bad things about my son's app and it seems everything is good. Therefore, for my part, I just need to be patient and wait." I hope it means the whole processing is going to be finished soon.

Glad everything is ok. That is a really dumb setup CIC has. Of course those notes on your file would cause a panic and a phone call. No wonder they are so overwhelmed causing contact on the phone to be rather difficult. |

Hello Again Everyone!! i came back to keep you Guys updated....i got a Ecas update, & it reads:
We received your application for permanent residence on December 20, 2010.
We started processing your application on February 8, 2011.
We sent you medical instructions on November 29, 2011. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
A decision has been made and you will be contacted.
We received the requested information on March 1, 2012. Thank you for providing the information.
They had requested Medicals, Passport, & FBI Prints also upadated address and work info!! all was due by FEB 29 2012 which is exactly 90 days from Nov 09 2011 when i received AIP! i done my Medical on Dec 12 2011...but due to some inconvenient and long waits for FBI Prints, i mailed in all requested Docs INCLUDING THE LANDING PAYMENT $490 on Feb 23 they received it on Feb 27 2012 JUST 2 DAYS BEFORE MY DEADLINE!!!!!!!! ***********ECAS SAID WE RECEIVED REQUESTED DOCS ON MARCH 1 2012! so im thinking they just now attached my medical because the mailroom Queue is like 2-3 months waits...therefore i decided to call to clear my mind out of doubts...about 30 minutes ago i spoke to an agent, He comfirmed that they have received everything!!! my Medicals which i did in Dec 2011****ALSO THE DOCS I SENT WHICH WAS DELIVERED ON FEB 27...have already been attached to my file in less than a week!!! i was supprise!!!! He then then told me everything looks Good, they are just waiting for everything to be processed....I have no idea when i'll Hear from them again, but hopefully it wont be another 3 months...to everyone else i know it Hard, but be Patient, Stay Poisitive, Hang in there!!! Good Luck!!

No they can't tell me nothing. I got my FOSS says BFD was on feb 16 2012 but nothing yet. Calling the call center is a waste of time. I got AIP on april 2011, it's almost a year!!! |
