Hi,
I need clarification on an issue . I am a PR living in Canada . I recently got married outside Canada and my spouse has study permit visa for a Canadian university  . Can I file In-Canada application after my spouse enters Canada and starts studying ? Or is it better to file outside Canada while she studies here ?

It depends, what VO would she go through if she were to file Outland?

Can you be certain she will not need to leave Canada during the process if you apply Inland?
